1996 Jaguar xk8 Classic

Towards the turn of the millennium, Jaguar Cars launched project code XK100 or better known today as the Jaguar XK8.

Sharing the same platform/chassis as the Aston Martin DB7, the Jaguar XK8 features, at the time, an all-new 4.0L 32-Valve howling V8 engine mated to a five-speed ZF automotive transmission and was offered in both coupe and two-door convertible body styles.

Inside the Jaaag..... is an assortment of beautiful leather and wood trims, stunning driving gauges featured in the centre console. Exceptionally comfortable electric and heated front seats and a premium sound system.

Available here is a 1996 Jaguar XK8 Convertible presented in Aquamarine Metallic over Green leather and Walnut trim. 

A genuine 43,000 kilometres travelled since new, we purchased this vehicle from the original owner 5 years ago and we sold it to a local collector who has had it professional storage ever since. 

Coming out of long-term storage we subjected to a major service with a local classic car specialist in preparation for sale where anything that needed replacing or maintained was completed sparing no expense.

The vehicle presents in out-of-the-box condition with the paintwork and interior in fantastic original condition with very little to no wear on the leather and interior switchgear which can be seen from the photos.

The drive is superb, the engine sounds fantastic and pulls linear with smooth changes from the ZF transmission, the steering is tight and the air-con blow ice-cold.
